William J. Yacullo is a Managing Director of Forensic Employment and Compensation Consultants, LLC. Mr. Yacullo has provided litigation support for attorneys in matters relating to:

Mr. Yacullo has co-authored white papers on the Executive Search Process, Interviewing and Succession Planning in addition to other white papers as part of the Business Executives for Economic Justices (BEEJ).
Mr. Yacullo is President and shareholder of Lauer, Sbarbaro Associates – EMA Partners International and former Chairman of EMA Partners International. Mr. Yacullo has managed and personally conducted over 1500 assignments in a wide variety of industries. The firm serves clients national and internationally that includes senior level assignments in financial services, consulting, technology, healthcare, consumer and industrial products, retail, publishing as well as law and insurance. Services include executive search, management assessment, career counseling and mentoring, organization review and strategy and executive compensation. In addition, Mr. Yacullo and his firm have developed a specialty practice in education, non-for-profit and faith based organizations.
Mr. Yacullo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from DePaul University. While there, he received the Delta Sigma Pi Achievement Award as the outstanding senior in the graduating class of the College of Commerce. He obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University in 1973. He has remained active in DePaul University alumni and fund raising activities, and he has served as President of the School's Commerce Alumni Association and two terms as Chairman of the DePaul University Business Forum.
Prior to joining Lauer, Sbarbaro Associates in 1980, Mr. Yacullo worked in the telecommunication industry and served in a variety of assignments including human resources, operations, marketing, product management and regulatory affairs.
Mr. Yacullo has won awards for his work in professional, sports and charitable activities. He is a regular speaker and panel moderator at various Chicago area professional seminars, addressing a variety of human resource and recruiting issues, and has lectured at several area universities and international conferences. He also has served as a volunteer High School Basketball Coach for over 20 years and is member of the Illinois Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame.
Mr. Yacullo is currently Vice President of the Board of Advisors of St. Joseph College Seminary; member of the Board of Advisors of Catholic Charities of Chicago and the Career Transition Center. Mr. Yacullo is a founding member and past Chairman of the Business Executives for Economic Justice, a proactive group of business leaders in the Chicago area; past President of the First Friday Club of Chicago; past Chairman of the Board of Villa Scalabrini Home for the Aged; and past member of the Board of Directors of St. Francis Hospital (part of Resurrection Health Care).
