Edwin S. Mruk is the senior managing partner of Forensic Employment & Compensation Consultants, LLC. Mr. Mruk has been accepted by federal, tax and several state courts as an expert on matters relating to:

  • executive compensation
  • employability
  • career/vocational assessment
  • executive search
  • executive pay & benefits
  • earnings capacity

He has testified on matrimonial matters, personal injury/wrongful death cases and various employment related litigations.

He is also the senior partner of Mruk & EMA Partners, Management Consultants; and a retired senior partner of Ernst & Young, the international firm of management consultants and certified public accountants. He was the Managing Director of that firm's global executive search practice and the senior national practice partner in executive compensation, corporate organization, and human resource management.

He has authored several books and articles on organization and compensation of boards of directors, and executive compensation. For many years he was the co-author of the Arthur Young series of studies of executive compensation and pay practices based on data from approximately 850 companies, large and small. In addition, he has been a consultant on compensation for several years to the Association of the Bar of the City of New York - Corporate Law Section.

Mr. Mruk is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. He is an accredited diplomat of the World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association), a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the American Society of Personnel Administration, the American Management Association, American Board of Vocational Experts and the Board of Advisors of the Corporate Governance Institute at Florida Atlantic University.
