Their clients have included Fortune 500 organizations, as well as mid-cap companies and family-owned businesses in a broad range of industries. Other industry segments served include higher education institutions and not-for-profit organizations.

- Testified for the Plaintiff in an employment and defamation case resulting in a jury award of $13M, which was subsequently affirmed by the Illinois Appellate Court.
- Testified for the Plaintiff in a personal injury case resulting in a jury award of $11.3M.
- Opined in a personal injury case of a young corporate executive who died in an automobile accident resulting in a settlement of $3M+ for the estate.
- Opined in a derivation senior shareholder suit in which senior executives received excessive compensation resulting in no shareholder distributions, triggering a buy-out of minority shareholders at a significant premium.
- Testified and opined in numerous family law matters.
